The set for Rage Fighter ("RF SET") dropped as an exc items, but the other sets and weapons weren't dropped as an exc items, How can I fix this ?

The problem is not here, check configs!

I don't know where to check, I saw in some theard that the solution is change the options in commonserver-> "GOLDEN INVASION" tab , but it didn't help.
