if backround was a little more visible i think i'd like it more, border needs a little work on sides, besides that its cool.

scanlines are too visable, maybe overlay them. other than that its ok
yea the scanlines that dark ruin all the signature, the text looks wierd becouse of them too, at least he image its ok :P
i'll give you a 5/10 you can make one much but much better :D
I actually think the font/text is pretty nice, fits with the rest...
But just the backround should be a little clearer, its a bit too dark.
maybe its meant to be dark one, but scanlines make it super dark dude!
