Can anyone help me with my problem please :(

My problems are this:

This is my IPv4 - 192.168.1.?? --> i found this in CMD
This is my external IP - 112.204.14.??? -----> i found this om whatsmyip.com
Which one of this IP's should i put into my ini's file.?

I used the 192.168.?? in my port forwarding which is correct as Maples said, and i used my external IP that i found in WhatsmyIp.com in my titanium patcher. and my friend try to connect to my server and it says this error:

Trying to fix the error:

I put the the data, datasub1, datasub2, and list from my client folder to my "C:\wamp\www" then i open the titanium.exe and select those files and pressing the --> and then save and compress the files. then the Neurospace folder appear Including the data,datasub1,datasub2,list.txt which is in wiin,rar. when itried to patch my own it patched but my friend still have those error.

The problem is probably something to do with your patcher address, which you didn't mention anything about.

@ShadowDragon sir i used my IPv4 IP in my patcher and i can connect, but my friend can connect, i replaced it with my external IP then my friend got the same error, LOG IN server Failed thats was the error that i found on my patchlog,.

Have you put WampServer online? Left click on the system tray icon, bottom item called "Put Online".
