i think there is some issue with loginserver.exe replace it.
then try

Check start ID in Login Server.ini

which id required>>

I donno which id required. Just compare with other ini files... Or do one thing download and run another Login Server

that prob solved by re-installing windows but now facing new prob

on accountserver

this has been answered many times already, check if there are 1000 folders in your account folder.
