sounds like a corrupted client, try a different one (not elementclient.exe, the pck files)
i use the v63 files element client.exe, any other element client .exe for 1.4.5 you can share?
Your interfaces.pck is corrupted, i'd give one but mine is in Russian and i don't know which files are responsible for that. Let me guess the shield icon does not work too.

Use official PWi v652 interfaces.pck, just replace the guild diplomacy from v632 :wink:
you would want full v632 interfaces, anything higher has the v66 targeting from IF that doesn't work on v63

The solution is already known... For whatever reason though Psytrac is trying to insist you can use 'pure' interfaces from PWi patch v632, when you cannot. I use interfaces from v652 only with the guild diplomacy from v632...
If you use pure 632 many other things become broken, including but not limited to: PK settings, and the "quick action" menu. If you use pure v652 everything seems to work except guild diplomacy. So the answer is simple, use 652 with 632 diplomacy :):
Maybe there is a 'pure' interfaces you can use, but it surely is not 632 OR 652... There is also no reason to search for a single one that would work, unless more 'broken' things are discovered when using a 652 w/ 632 diplomacy... So far I haven't been able to locate any thing else 'broken' though :):
