Many players keep getting errors with their virus scanners about neuz being virus so it gets deleted. How can I make it so this doesn't occur? Possible in the source?

Shut your anti virus off?
There's probably some code within the binary that *may* alert some anti virus software.
Does it occur in many or only a few scanners?
Shut off your antivirus like InteL said. But the Windows Firewall can blocked it 2.
Maybe remove the backdoor/trojan in your client? I never have issues with antiviruses or firewalls with neuz. Only Norton SONAR flags my neuz because its encrypted. Since I doubt your's is, you shouldn't have any issues.
Unless he picked up a bad set of source files.
