That was a good read. Makes me wonder how much of history is just douchebags taking other people's ideas.

I actually got a little emotional reading that, Tesla is one of my heroes. Nikola Tesla had HUGE BALLS, he had balls the size of which have never before and probably never will be seen again in 1 man.

I'm going to look into this a little more tomorrow and donate a little myself too.

I've recently learned a bit about Tesla. He was a smart man who didn't get all the credit he deserved, BUT apparently that huge ass tower he was building to supposedly supply wireless energy for everyone nearly wiped out an entire forest. It acted like a huge ass self generating lightning rod that leveled a forest a few miles wide. Which is why I assume he never got anymore funding for it.

I thought the government owned that land because they're the ones who basically shut him down. Because it had potential to be used has a weapon of mass destruction. How ever much truth is in that. Dunno, but that's what I gathered.

Afaik, in order to have wireless energy, you'd need to have something similar to electricity flowing straight through the air we live, work and breath in. Yea. That doesn't even sound like a good idea. wtf was he thinking? lol The only other way is by radio waves which is used by those wireless phone chargers, but they only work up to a few feet at best. So that's not possible.

Anyway. I'm all for a museum.

Didn't Edison abduct people's pets to try and smear Tesla's AC theory?

Tesla invented AC, it was some other guy who invented DC. He used dogs to try and convince people DC was deadly by electrocuting them using a DC current.
