Need Help in Launcher Editing

Hello Guys,

i have edited the Launcher of our Server. My Problem now is:
The Launcher got a White Background and the Font of the
"Notices" is white too. Anyone knows how to edit fontcolor? FIXED!

And the Launcher Image is fucking up. The Background of the
"Notices" is the Background from the Left top. FIXED!

And where in the refresources.txt i can edit the position of
the "Update Bar"?
