For the version you wish to work on you need to edit NDstore.edf and NDitem.edf for NPC names and Item names.

You need to edit the titlelogo.tga for the title page please correct me if i am wrong. Your questions have been answered in multiple posts ^^ all i can do is remind you to look around some more. But if you failed to find any thing its Probably due to the words you were searching.

but NDstore.edf and NDitem.edf use shofware ?

decrypt into a .dat file and use strs with dat edtor or structorian to edit the file.

you could use hex editor or Dateditor go to RF Development and download the Datedtior and get the rf.exe.strs there in ron's and magenik's work.
