Yeah,cuz he's actions are not clear and why does he hate the village so much.

I was 90% sure it was him because of his hair style.

Madara Uchiha gets reincarnated and owns everyone plus he breaks his soul that is connected to Kabuto so when Kabuto ended the jutsu, Madara won't vanish again.

xD he was playing Tobi all along I guess.

I guess that explains on how there eyes were linked to the same dimension. :)
