Sql problem

I have a problem, I'm following this manual for creating http://forum.ragezone.com/f497/1-5-s...server-857337/ my gunz server, but asks me to download sql but when and downloaded one, install everything you need to use the sql not find the program icon osea this:

I get everything but the icon indicated...
Help me plz!

What is the problem ._. the sql is already installed, just open it and start with the database.. im spanish too :D pm me if u need help with u database..

The problem is that the icon that appears in the image is not understood???

ezier way to install, 08 sql express, it will help.
