CustomCerificationServer Error.

So I was going through the process of making my own VSRO based servers ( provided from this link - http://forum.ragezone.com/f722/vsro-...s-v188-779870/ ) I followed the steps from this guide - http://forum.ragezone.com/f723/setti...server-780273/
and I even went to Youtube video(s) - make your silkroad private server eng arabic guide by mousa - YouTube ( there are 3 videos explaining how to set the server up.

I followed both guides, restarted many times and still, the same problem. (Been working on this problem for 3 days now.)

This is the error show in the picture. I did all my windows updates I could, I also updated my .net to 4.5, 10 minutes ago (I did restart after that.)

*Side note: I am using Hamachi to try to connect to the server.
- Any other additional information I will provide.

Please help as I am starting to get frustrated.
