Then im guessing your turn into deadbeat client? If you want to hire me i require 50% upfront to prove you actually even have any money, I will then send you a screenshot of an design and if you like it i will then move onto the 2nd stage of design adding more detail and finishing touches. I will code it using the latest valid HTML & CSS, package it up and once you have paid the other 50% i send you the files in a single zipped archive.

If you don't like the design, Im happy to start from scratch along as its before the 2nd design stage adding more detail.

I charge £14.99 an hour, Or we can agree on a fixed price. Its 2am right now as im in the UK so if you have the money we can talk more on your requirements and so on tomorrow.

At no point i will show you any of the HTML or CSS code, Nor a live demo as you could simple right click and view source. If your unhappy with the code for an valid reason i happily re-code the HTML & CSS although its all professional and valid.

Hello, i have a HOTEL setted up, with Domain, Shoutcast, Server. The only thing Stopping me is a Phoenix Liccence plus i need a New Hotel OWNER with me along wth help paying my Monthly Bills aswell, the hotel has a custom CMS (Based Off: RevCMS), latest everything plus much more.
