I still play Online Flash games when im bored and have nothing else to do but i don't play them much.
They are sinking slowly , they are soon to be replaced by realtime 3d games in html5 and WebGL support. I feel sorry for flash. Probably the only thing I will still use flash for is to animate series for YouTube.

When I'm bored in class, I go straight to Kongregate and play me some Bloons Tower Defense. They're still alive and well. Though console and actual "install-required" games beat them, no one's too old to play a flash game. :P
A lot of younger kids still play it.
