my pooling setup and my.ini setup (what is wrong?)

Hello, (Hotel with 800 online) - (Hotel is getting lagged becaouse of wrong setup from my.ini)
Someone now a good my.ini setup? (mysql config)
i'am using mysql server 5.5.
and my pooling setup:
