Maybe the answer is found the CMS can be edited Head-out and Head-in consisting of management to mange everything...
Well i can't call this up yet but the design i have given this thing is pretty lame but since im no designer IDC now i have made it easy for you to edit it the way you want...
Maybe if you use Rev edit it by replacing the header and footer .php to your Rev's theme
etc...
If you want to start from starch then dont worry i have a style.css and the templates foldr which allows yoy to edit stuff.... From Scratch I don't think you edit any php knowledge but some common sense may be accessory....and certainly necessary....:thumbup1:
