Looking for developers

Hey guys, i am looking for devs as the name says , i am wiling to pay real money if someone will wana help me out , due to my Work i dont have time for my server , i have a 1.2.6 server , and my devs Sux , since i dont wana spend my Money in vane , i need some help from other guys .
