A friend and me have been desciding to make a site for ... how long now ? 1 year, maybe 2, but we were both to lazy and unskilled. But now we are. This is a layout, you can also call it template doesn't matter made by me and him.

If you were basing your expectations on the sigs I made, bad boy lol, almost everyone can make signatures, layouts is another view, and I think it rocks tbh lol ;)

The banner area doesn't match with the content area at all. Try to stick with certain shapes - the rounded banner looks out of place. The content area looks rather average... but looks good.
Also, try not to use GIFs as the format for your images that have gradients or a vast amount of colours in them (such as your banner). GIFs have a rather low-quality compression technique and a low amount of available colours because of this. Stick with PNGs and JPGs for these types of images.
