Don't flame because he released it for Holo cms... You can do this with any CMS.
You can use <IMG SRC="http://api.hostip.info/flag.php?ip=<?php echo **users ip_last from database ** ?>"> to display the flag :)

I personally dont like it bc I dont think there is really a need for it... but maybe some ppl want others to know the staffs Nationalities?

Can you possibly make a page like this for "RevCMS". So would that be possible ?
