Korean Games?

I'm already getting bored with games being released locally and games that are available Globally and somewhat I wanna try those korean games.

But the only problem is I'm not sure if I'm IP restricted and is it okay to use a random KSSN ( Korean Social Security Number ).

There are so many games that are b2p and p2p in here but in korean game industries they are just for free.
