HELP!!! How to active party quest PLEASE!

Can somebody please help me fix my server quest problem ..

Party quest is not working .

Can't get the quest items while in party and even the last quest in barracks .

barracks quest for 20/20/20 not counting while in party and in quest for lvl 150 , 220 not working while in party.

im begging you guys please help me with this one please please please.

In my opinion those are solo quests.

sir can you help me activate it like in other mu server they have this quest activated with party , when i tried questing for scroll of emperor while in party it just dont drop but if im not in a party it drops. can somebody help me?
