Maybe its the table/field Mapping Error.. Make sure that all fields in cha editor are existing in ChaInfo table..

I encountered some ChaInfo table without ChaRebornDate and other fields..
I tested it in three Server.. at first it didnt work in two servers, and the problems is same as your problem..
But i fixed that.. The error is the field mapping.. some fields are missing..
