DC and cant relogin again and few other problems

Hi to my lovely forum's member,

I have few questions here,

1st: After I DC from the client, the system auto blocked my account and give me C9 error. (My account has set 1 as GMRANK, 3,3 for sec_content and sec_primary)

2nd: When I keep press the skill and until lv120, it won't shows MASTER and keep pressing on it will make me DC.

3rd:Not only my main gm account will fail to connect but my normal accounts do too.

4th: How to edit own Launcher?

I hope someone out there can answer my questions and I appreciate any kindly answer.
