Here some tips .

1. Install Appserv or whatever you want .
2. Go to your folder example C:\AppServ\www ( Appserv )
3. Delete all files inside your www folder .
4. Extract you website files into www folder .
5. Edit your config files .
6. Open Php.ini, and find this line ( ;extension=php_mssql.dll ) .
7. Remove " ; " from " ;extension=php_mssql.dll " into " extension=php_mssql.dll " .
8. Restart Appserv .
9. Now your done !
10. Enjoy !
