we have the same problem. they say the only thing to fix this is to change OS . im using w2k3 wp2 .
I do not think the OS is a problem, i use Windows 2008 Server x64
Record screen data from a server or titanium link server and gameserver.
well you need to change your OS windows 2003 sp1
I'll try to install Windows 2003 SP1 and see if it still occurs.
