[help] inspection site change !

Hello RZ, when the server is offline and you trying to logg on, the launcher refers you the this message: The server is undergoing inspection or updates please visit us at www.SilkroadOnline.net- something like that... now im asking how to modify/change that window to the same message only my p-server site adress.
