UberCMS 2 Problems (using IIS-Navicat)

Hi I was following a tut with IIS and Navicat, I got it to finally work, so I tried to install UberCMS 2. I got it installed, I see the log in page, it looks good. I then go register and it's all mucked up, I then fill in the details and theirs an error!
The screen shot shows what happens on the register.

I've done that on PhoenixPHP but UberCMS 2 has it's own web build. this is what it looks like.

I have the exat same problem, but only when i reload the page

I get it when I enter the page
