SpeedHack Error @ TitansTech 11.92/12.20

Does anyone know how to fix speedhack bug for titanstech server files? It disconnects players and elfs & summoners cannot play properly with disconnects...

Please enter here the screen and gameserver titanlink server.

Open MuServer/Data/commonserver in notepad,

SpeedHackPlayerBlock = 1 <<< change it to "0"
ItemSerialCheck = 1
ItemZeroSerialCheck = 0
