Cant Start AccountLog Service

I am trying to start the AccountLog service and when i do i get an error saying it started then stopped bcause its nothing on my computer is using it i removed it through CMD and then re uploaded it and it says service upload ok... i do have skype: tom14255 and teamviewer so if you have a little time could you please help

Make sure ODBC matches config.txt details at the bottom
Check the IP address.
Make sure if you Windows 7 / Vista you put it in the 32 ODBC.

i'm haveing this same problem i can't get them to start .. thy auto stop after a sec..
