[HELP]Editing skilldataenc_10000

Heya, Im trying to change a skills cooldown.
However, upon changing it client sided in skilldataenc, the client crashes when i press the start button.

Database side is set up correctly and is easy. But the client is fucking me.. i can change mp consumption or required lvl etc no problem... but changing cooldown and/or the rest fucks it all up

any ideas?
