The Walking Dead Episodes.

Was just wondering if anyone else has played these. I just finished Episode 3 and wondering if anyone had any opinions on it.

For those not familiar with the game. It is a mix of an action adventure game. Imagine taking Myst and Left 4 dead and mashing them up.

Unspoiler opinion: First 2 episodes were pretty straightforward. Choices made mold the gameplay which is a nice twist. I like how your choices from the previous Episodes carry on to the new ones. I like how the game keeps you on your toes, you have to pay attention to what's going on at all times because your choices are timed. Don't make a decision in time and bad things can happen.

Now on to opinions on Episode 3. [Contained in spoiler tags cause it contains major spoilers.]

I really think they have really cranked it up in this Episode. There were a few scenes that I really did not see coming. Like the scene where you are having the dream of Clemetine becoming a zombie..I actually jumped..it was in a peaceful scene so I really fumbled for the Q key..only to find it was a dream. Freaked me out!

When Carley was shot by Lilly...blew me away, didn't see that one coming. Did anyone NOT leave her out there to die after that? That girl had lost her mind after what happened to her Father in the last episode.

Then there is Kenny's wife killing herself. Holy Shit!

Anyway...if any of these don't sound familiar to you. Because you made different choices. Please post some insight, in spoiler tags of course to protect the innocent, because I'm really curious on alternate endings.

I hated it. Now I'm a huge fan of the Walking Dead and when I saw this pop up on my Xbox live Marketplace I got it straight away. It's really confusing to play initially and then gets incredibly repetitive. It's not very interactive at all (dialogue only basically). The only bonus to this game is that you can mould your own Walking Dead experience. Other than that, I'm hugely disappointed.

I've got the season pass. Downloading EP. 4 right now.
Really liking the series so far, a different style of game, Telltale Games should make games like The Walking Dead. I'd love to play more of this kind of a game.

The Walking Dead died within Season 2, The game of it is terribly boring. Season 1 of the series was amazing though. We will see what Season 3 will be like tomorrow.

I have to admit...you are right about the series...at the end of season 2 it was so stale I was hoping it would hurry and end.

I played the demo however it wasn't like the TV series so i thought i don't want to play this as i was hoping it would be like the TV series. Love the design of it though.

I hated how Carley got killed in my decisions.

I didn't even spoil anything.

Everything depends on your decision to get the person killed or not.

Well I just finished Episode 4. It's really coming down to the wire only having one episode left....I truly NOW don't have a clue how it is going to end due to what happens at the very end to Lee....didn't see that one coming at ALL.

I just have this bad feeling that the ending will be tragic and heroic.

There are rumors of a "Season 2" to the game. I don't really know how I feel about that yet.

Episode 5 is out people !

I think Kenny is still alive.....

I think Lillith is still alive also....she was resourceful...

Make sure and watch all the way through the credits...there's one final cutscene that leads to the notion of a second season...

I wonder if its possible to bring the daughter of Larry until the end.

I'm planning to redo everything and make some huge changes.

I think it's really boring.....

A little bump is in order because of the release of 400 days....I just finished it...it's only 2 hours of gameplay...and it's based on 5 different characters...you get to play each one for about 20-30 minutes each.

Stories say these are the people for Season 2....if so I'm really interested in seeing how it all pans out.

I dont really get why people hate this game so much. I really got sad in the ending of the walking dead season 1 game.. it was just sad because id had played like (i dont remember how many episodes) a few episodes and wew it really played with my emotions, just a game but you know always sad to see something like that happen.
I hope those characters meet Clem. Maybe clem will be older now? maybe.

This game is awesome, I just didn't get into DLC... It's not like game..

The DLC is the prequel...kind of like a trailer...for Season 2 to the game....

If you see this, that means it's 1-6 AM for me...

As stated before..I'm hoping this group runs into Clem at this survivors camp they were heading too....I mean after the cut scene following the credits of the first Season she better be in Season 2 :)

At the end of season 1 clem saw 2 humans walk in the crop field. She might meet up with them with her new group
