I would give it back,
1. it isn't yours
2. you could get caught
The best thing to do is give it back and you won't get into any trouble.
I would keep it. You found it, I could not get caught because there is possibly a thousand can drivers in Vegas and If you compare 220k to 2k... You would understand 2k is nothing in comparison

I have to be honest I would keep it, Who would not like that much cash by doing nothing, and no one but rich asses carry around 200 thousand dollars.
