3rd auto insert skills

Hello,

I got a problem, if i change the job to 3rd by my job npc if i select to god of bow i get the skills automatically to skill page but i got only the arrow rain and combative spirit and not the sharpness if i select Imperial General to job i get Sharpness, Arrow Explosion, Virulent Arrow and this is problem becouse i don't need the Sharpness becouse its gob skill but i need the Shrewdness but i don't get. Can i disable this or edit? Or anyone have solution for this? And every skill grade is 1 i need the full grade.
