ok, i sucks at making guides or english, but i feel helpfull today, sooo....
if the mob exists, you need to edit 3 tables on db (no need anything on client side), so lets start
first table, _refhive

dwhiveid = a free id on your table
gameworldid = instance (main map is 1 , jupiter starts at 84 and ends at 94, etc)
hatchobjtype = cant remember what is, but i like it at 1
the rest to 0
second table, _reftactics

dwtacticsid = free id on your db
dwobjid = id of the mob on refobjcommon table
the rest, you can toy with it, some are easy to understand (agresstype, nsightrange,etc)
and last table, _refnest

this is the tricky one
dwnestid = a free id
dwhiveid = the hive id you created for this mob
dwtacticsid = the tactics id you created for the mob
region / x / y / z = coords where you want the mob spawn
nradious = radious around where mob spawn
dwdelaytimemin = minimun time
dwdelaytimemax = maximun time
(means how much time can respawn from when it dies on seconds *example 10 and 20 = when it dies can respawn in 10 to 20 secs*)
dwmaxtotalcount = how manu mobs each spawn
btrespawn = if respawn when it dies (1 = yes, 0 = no)

Sorry for reviving an old thread but i've tried this with adding mobs from Holy Water Temple to Prison area and mobs don't spawn. I've added mobs before to other areas and it worked. I'm not sure about "gameworldID"... Any help with this?
