Hello guys, i am searching for a Game that is "Online" and dont Need a Good graphics card to play it.
I've been so bored lately and need a Game to entertain me!
NOTE : I AM IN SAFE MODE!
Minecraft. Runescape. WoW. Wizards 101. Free Realms.
Just to throw out a few off the top of my head.
I can Play - Runescape
I can't Play - Minecraft
Havent Tried - Wow,Wizard101 or Free Realms, about to test them atm.
Why do you have to run in safe mode?
My Computer, Automatically comes Here.
Even if i press F8 and click "Regular Mode"
&
Also Back then, Regular Mode use to Lagg Like Hell!
Minecraft doesn't need good graphics card with low settings but it sure does need lots of ram , and CPU for rendering the world. Minecraft also needs OpenGL version 1.2 or higher , that's probably one of the reasons why old cards won't even start it.
Perfect World doesn't need high graphics card , on low settings it ran fine on a P4 with 64MB NVIDIA (the old PW , 1.3.6 , the new should work too but the new interface made me lag on that PC) make sure you avoid crowds , and don't fly fast.
Lineage 2 runs fine on a 128 MB video card on low to medium settings. Make sure you avoid crowds , and turn visibility distance to low.
World of Warcraft Wrath of The Lich king ran fine on a 128 MB video card with low to mid settings , high on 256 Mb video card. Just a warning , do not play cataclysm , it's lagging and uses directx 10.
Mu Online , up to Season 4 it ran fine on 64-128 mb video cards , upwards it lagged badly with item shine's and stuff turned on. Also avoid crowds.
Can Any of these Games run on Safemode?
Because Minecraft cannot.
Maybe we should focus on the safemode issue and look into getting it fixed and your computer running properly first.
Has it always done this? What have you done to try and fix it?
I doubt anything can run on Safe Mode. All graphic drivers and system activites are disabled during Safe Mode , only stuff needed to "repair" your pc is active.
about trying to fix the problem?
just use a repair disc(the OS install disc) and repair it?(note may wipe every thing if done wrong),
avast run a boot time scan(IE DOS scan).
Team Fortress 2 <-- teamfortress2 free to play FPS
CCCleaner is just a program to remove unneeded files.
Do you have a Windows CD?
If not can you get one? (wink wink) Arrrr Matey.
Boot frm the disc. Upgrade.
Saves all you have and repairs Windows.
Being you never even get into Windows I'm guessing it's a corrupt driver or something wrong in the Windows core files.
Using the System Repair might work but on some OS's like Win 7 it 90% of the time fails.
Best to just use the Upgrade option to repair Windows.
Once you get Windows repaired then you can play alot more games.
If you don't get the Arrr Matey reference...PM me.
Yeah... If you can't get boot normally then I suggest you do a reformat... Be sure to back up any important files!
I dont Got a Windows CD, but my friend was also Saying i need to switch back to Windows.
Because i downloaded Windows 7
If you want a FPS MGame, then try out unreal tournament99, it runs on low graph card.
And is your computer like 7 year old? JA.
Darkeden works at that.
I believe Club Penguin requires little graphics and RAM. In fact any flash game on Miniclip will do
Havent heard anything from OP about if they are going to actually try to fix the computer.
Club Penguin works, But its a Little non Addictive.
Still Looking to fix my pc

How bout Line Rider (Line Rider) and Need for Madness (http://www.radicalplay.com/madness/)? I spent my school days in the school computer labs on these games, really addictive (to me) and it runs quite smoothly on the damn computers back then xD
