Any Open Source Phoenix Emulators?

I was wondering if there are any open source phoenix emulators, or something close to phoenix (WOrking Open Source). I came across one open source which is phoenix, but it is written in C#. I actually wish they a emulator written in C++ (OR DO THEY?), because i Really dont know C#, and the open source I have needs some fixing in order to debug.

Phoenix is closed source so you wont find a public release of the source.(only some decompiled ones that are obfuscated)

Have you had a look at butterfly? Thats up to date and the source is released.
