Wont work the assassin system

Hello,

i got a problem. I use the repack by exe (exe clean files) and if i kill by assassin mode on player the system don't do anything the pkbulletin table is clean. I don't changed anything but don't work. anyone have idea?

Assissan killed you^^
you must kill the assissan to see your name in sin list

OMG I was failed xDDD (Work)
But can i do somehow if i die by assa i was too in the list?
