Ya know, with a little reading, a touch of common sense, and the ability to use the search function....
Setting up a server is stupid simple.

Start with 343's 1.3.6 release and work your way up from there.

not to be mean Sylen but they might need more that common sense.... i mean everything aint handed out that easily... if it was we might as well host and dev it as well... theres plenty of simple tutorials on here that even a noob can do.. but yes i would start with 343s release to get the concept of how pw server works
