OPTP :3 needs some help!

Hai everyone! I have been changing some stuff on my server making it bug-free etc but i have been wondering how to do a lot of stuff!
I hope any of you can help me!

1)How to make a launcher?(is there any good guide? I can't find a new one about the launcher!Just old ones)
2)Any good new npc editor?( i have tried a few but they won't work probably because they were released like 5years ago)
3) How to update the version of my server?[v15 at the moment (using v15 from the original client and the server files of a repack)
4)The GM command to summon drakul?(can't find it anywhere!)
5)How to make a Website with register page and etc?(with hamachi)

Well if you do know any of these questions ! Just one would make me happy!!! :D

4) Google is there for you.

5) You can design a website in photoshop and then code it with html/css and even php works or you can just download a website here at ragezone. And you will need wamp server or xampp. Both of them works but i'll would go with wamp server. After that you need to put the folder at the wamp server, and the rest of the infomation google can tell you =)

Npc editor is working finally :D!
Cool :D i will ask my friend to design it! I will code it later in php! Btw :/ php or html/css? which one should i use? im not that good with html and css just the basics!

If you are more familiar with php go with it.

I'am not sure with that. But you can just add a random website into it. Because the website will only show in the main box of the patcher. What I mean by that is that your website will show in this "white box" at this picture,

"O URL é inválido" = The URL is invalid

Um, as for the website, you can't make a register script without server-sided scripting (that's what PHP is). Making a website can use all 3 though (HTML, CSS, and PHP).

:/ all my problems now are fixed now! except for the patch!

i have already tried to go into the the 5.219.98.228/NeuroSpace/ it's all there and it's donwloadable!

btw if you guys wanna check if everything is ok in the neurospace click here!

i have already fixed the xamp configs that were blocking my hamachi IP all fine now!
xamp has apache and mysql running !
Hamachi is on as well!

Titanium is on my xamp htdocs folder inside another folder so it doesn't get mixed up with my other projects...

make it hosted on a site i guess example you will host it on a free site like dot.tk you will only replace the 5.219.98.228/NeuroSpace/ to myflyff.tk

When attempting to connect to the patch server, you get a CODE:12029 RESULT:2 Error message from the patch client.
This may be because of your firewall and antivirus, try to turn it off.

Well make sure you use xampp 1.7.7 later editions dun accept the connection somehow.

allow port 80 :)) on firewall
