FTW "Cannot find target" on registration

Hope to get some quick answers,. on registration the following error " Cannot find target " what am i doing wrong?

nadie responde tengo el mismo problema ?

dbo._SiegeFortressStruct table is empty.
add the structures and it will be fixed
Also check the other Fortress tables
