a skill that uses no special tables

i was wondering why is it on every private server with the older files blind is broken it doesnt use any special tables like summon does what makes this skill tick im wondering my thought is if it uses nothing special why doesnt it work what is wrong with it

well its a client sided thing its not on the client that we use

Because when you have the blind abstate, the CLIENT shows your screen black. Imposible to fix so.
