Upload all the files to your public_html directory of your web hosting except the backend folder. Then put the backend folder inside the htdocs folder of your XAMPP.
I think you need to have a basic knowledge about php script editing especially the config.php file of frontend and backend.
Refer to the previous CT3.1 edited version release (by sarah, evil, windows, etc.). There you can find the solution on how this works.

Obviously yes! There was a 4.1 version(which I think I still have it somewhere), which had most of those things fixed and some more plugins in there but hey, look at the bright side, you can develop your website from there

I think the missing php files of this site are the serverstats, tophero, wartimer ticker, vote and frontpage. The vote.php has lacking scripts. The frontpage is also missing but it's not hard to make and modify with ur own set-up.

I have a little problem on how to change the default time zone and the reset bonus per reset.
I've checked it in google, the 'date_at_timezone' is equal Europe/London time zone, I want to know what is the equivalent script for Philippine timezone.
With regards to the reset bonus, the default bonus was set at 1000 per reset, I want to change it to 100 but i wasn't able to find where should I edit. I looked at in config.php, resets, reset, user.resets (backend) but it's not stated in there. I also tried using the config2.php by renaming it to config and changed DB1 to DB to make it functioning but still the reset bonus is 1000 even i set it to 100.

:)) This site was stolen by emi from me(TransilvaniaGames) anyway, this site is hackable,that's why i bought the FULL CT 4.0 from JOHN_D,this files have alot of bugs,anyway you can use it and try to get out the bugs,i tryed to do that in the past,no result!
With this site i was hacked when i had like 30K accounts,after that i get the full CT 4.0 from john_d and anything was fine.
