Upload all the files to your public_html directory of your web hosting except the backend folder. Then put the backend folder inside the htdocs folder of your XAMPP.

I think you need to have a basic knowledge about php script editing especially the config.php file of frontend and backend.

Refer to the previous CT3.1 edited version release (by sarah, evil, windows, etc.). There you can find the solution on how this works.

As far as I remember this doesn't requires other queries, but if it gives any error post it here. I'll help you out

so far no errors occurred but needs a lot to edit, the side bar and the front page. any errors found on my run test i'll keep it posted here.

Obviously yes! There was a 4.1 version(which I think I still have it somewhere), which had most of those things fixed and some more plugins in there but hey, look at the bright side, you can develop your website from there

Thanks for the release... but honestly, 3.1 is much better...
Granted, some script changes for 3.1 had to be implemented....

Nothing funnier than seeing someone steal something and not know what more it needs. Makes me giggle.
