Need help about item upgrade and wing fix

I'm using this server files: http://forum.ragezone.com/f197/titan...7-65-a-882527/

I can't upgrade items, maximum is +6
In my SCF_Items:

SCFSoulWithLuckSuccessRate=100
SCFSoulNoLuckSuccessRate=100
SCFLifeSuccessRate=100


And i can't repair my wings.

Can anyone help me?

100-1000 is the rate of percentage..

it should be SCFSoulNoLuckSuccessRate=1

Ok, now all items without luck i can upgrade + 9 without problems.
But items with luck no more than +6

Maybe someone know how to fix it?
My SCF_Items:

SCFSoulNoLuckSuccessRate=1
SCFLifeSuccessRate=1
