Npc Selling Bug :/

Hi Everyone,
I had opened my own kal online server today and i have found a 2 big problems.
My Problems are it wont let me sell items at any npc's and the stone teleporter costs geons and i don't know how to add/edit quests so people can go and do the quest and get geons to get enough to get armour/weapons and teleporting.
So i need a tutorial on how to edit/add quests and a tutorial on how to fix the npc selling items bug.

u will find what u want in tut section

bound says true use search buttton or ur mind and read carefully

every time u using id to sell in shop use sell price = to 0
