v83 Posion Bomb Mist

Hello , i have a problem on my Posion Bomb Mist skills , My server the blaze wizet 4th job skill doesnt have any thing i need help for that , and i use it the smoke doesnt disappear until i restart the server / reload the map .

And i have another problem too , i keep on disconnecting to the login screen every few mins & i got this error . ( Shown in the photo )

And can i know how to make a system for my staff to chat ? Because i doesnt want my staff to use !say to talk .
