I have been looking around Perfect World around 14 months now. I made 1.2.6 server using colinux and 1.3.6 using 343's release. 343's tutorial was perfect and everything was explained in detail with a video. I have downloaded 2 releases with clients, server files and such. I fail everytime when I try to get the 1.4.5 server working. Can someone please give a link to a video that shows a tutorial on how to make a 1.4.5 server?
i can't do a video tutorial because i just write english , i dont know how to talk in english,
( yeah i know how to pronunces but is not perfect, and in sometime, i talk some shit and some guys will laugh of my english language )

I doubt there are any, and I doubt there will ever be any. I made my v136 release as 'friendly' as I did so people could use it to learn. Especially since, quite literally, ANYONE could get it running (including an ape I taught how to install it IRL)...!
Put it this way. If I wanted to teach you mechanics, I would not hand you a broken car and a bunch of tools and expect you to make it work (though some people would still be able to), because you've never seen it in it's working state. If I wanted to teach you mechanics I would hand you a working car and a bunch of tools. Then, when either A) that car breaks or B) a newer 'kit'/model comes out, you may be able to fix it/put it together since you have been able to study the working one that you were given, because you know how it is supposed to function in its normal state.
That's precisely what I've done with PW, I have handed out a fully functional v136 for anyone and everyone to use not only as a functioning server, but to utilize to LEARN. If you put forth the time and effort you will be able to do almost anything you want with PW. But, you cannot expect anytime something breaks on it, (or when new models/additions come out), to have everything handed to you on a silver platter... ... ... That's already been done once...
