if you want to running this game for your own, not with your friend,
i suggest you to use wanker12 as password sa in SQL,
and then instal kaswynn server, no need to change anything in initialize, just run login server and account server :D:
is this control panel? or webserver like apache/xampp/abyss/easyphp?

it should your initialize configuration,
change your sa password to wanker12,
then reinstal kaswynn server, don't make any change at initialize,
check your ODBC does it connected properly?
check missing db, and don't forget "test connection" it's important, if it's said failure, it's mean something wrong...

can you connect to (local) in MSSQL???
open command prompt/cmd type : osql -L
look at your server, does your computer name in there?
if not, try to connect to your SQL using your computer name first,
last thing if still not work : uninstal your SQL 2008, download SQL 2005 express, install it...

Then the problem must be your apache or ntwdblib.dll is not in your system32, emulator turn off your apache then use this emulator that I uploaded. Get the ntwdblib.dll then put it in windows and System32 also you could use that emulator if you want.

These is guide for those who have trouble using SQL Server 2008 R2 ++ for their DB:
1. Right after installing SQL Server, open SQL Server Configuration Manager > SQL Server Network Configuration > Protocols for MSSQLSERVER, and enable Named Pipes and TCP/IP then restart the SQL Server.
2. Open Protocols for MSSQLSERVER > TCP/IP > IP Addresses tab, and look for IPALL (far to the bottom) and set TCP Dynamic Ports to 1433 and TCP Port to 61433.
3. Folow the guide for create/restore kaswynn database.
4. After that, still in the SQL Server Management Studio go to Security > Logins and create New Login. ex, Login name:dev, use SQL Server auth and create password, ex:1234, uncheck enforce password policy. go to User Mapping in the left panel, and check exgame and for the Database role membership for:exgame check all except db_denydatareader and db_denydatawriter. do the same for rf_account;rf_cashshopdb;rf_donationdb;rf_eventdb;rfweb;and rfworld.
5. Done, config .INI file in the game server and webserver folder, and change the 'sa' UID PWD with the one in step 4.
6. Config the ODBC 'Which SQL Server do you want to connect to?' use Ur PC name and test using SQL Login ID and Password in step 4 (ex, dev:1234)
7. Enjoy the game.

if you really watch video guide by cora21 you'll know what do you need to edit from config.php and rfconfig.php
and what file you must change to "127.0.0.1"
if you want not work so hard, i recommended you to edit your "sa" SQL password to "wanker12"
and leave everything in initialize folder as it is, don't change anything...
it should work...

you need to go to cora21 threat guide to set up this server,
download the video, watch it, follow it carefully,
if you have trouble, before you ask, please read FAQ in first post,
if you still have problem about register/creating new account,
you can open SQL server management->login->click on "new query"->copy n paste that query in my spoiler above->change username, password, and email to whatever you want to be your ID in game->click execute/symbol "!"
and wait until finish, then close and if you have problem with game, you can ask here...
