Customized Items Project RELEASE!!!
Finally i still get the model/animation importer exporter for .ebm and .ech files inside Cabal Online,
This open the posibilty of:
Made New Atack Animations
Made New Weapons
Made New Sets
Made New Pets or Vehicles
Made new Npc
Made New Mobs like Boses or Normal Mobs.
in 15 days more i start post the advances of this, for now i checking abouth effects sprites part.

Yes my friend all its really hardcoded, i mean made Sets its Hard, this happend because the bones, things like Weapons dont need bones in all games are autoajusted to base bone that its why the Yamachi program run with OBJ (no-bones) files, btw viewing how hard its this format i understand the greath Job Yamachi made with their program :thumbup1:,sets its diferent coz need be skined to specific bones areas, well the importer for models and animatios with bones (Pets, Sets, Vehicles, etc) its ready and i get the original bones, my people its now working in reverse only.

You are kinda wrong in the aspect of why weapons work correctly without the usage of bones. When a game is made there is always a "base" model used, in which all weapons, clothing, etc, are based around. In the GunZ section our base model has all our varieties of weapons (including swords, smgs, rocket launchers, you name it) and they are then linked to the hand bone. Linking a bone makes it follow the same bath as that bone during the animation process. The engine then usually uses a naming structure (or an XML structure) depending on the game, telling it to follow the same path as the linked weapon inside the base mesh. (E.G. base mesh is named "woman01.obj -> woman01.obj has weapon named eq_weapon_sword inside of it -> the game tells every sword that it must follow the same path as eq_weapon_sword inside of woman01.obj)
The reasoning I point this out is because if the linking was simply hard coded, specific rotation of a weapon or handheld item would not work correctly for all weapons, that is why it is left inside the mesh rather than in coded form (important if you decide to continue to work in game design).
As for the reasoning why skinned models work with your normal animations it is simply due to the fact that animations and meshes are completely different. Animation simply tell this bone to translate, rotate, or scale "x" amount, and then the skin modifier links the bones to the vertices effected. Since the skin modifier contains the same bones as the other models in the game, they are effected in the same way, thus moving with the current animations.

I think i not explain u fine or u miserustandme, If i tell Weapons dont need bones in all games i talking abouth exporting, of course a weapon need be atached to base bone i already tell are autoajusted (linked in your words) to base bone (Hand bone in your words but its not a rule to hand bone all time only take a view of Tantra or Ran online weapons base bones for weapons).
The explanation abouth how animations affect vertex (model points strcuture) coz animation move bones (vertex atached to bones too) its very refreshing for beginers.

Friends the advance its good now, its true all its hardcoded but not imposible, for now the Importer its refined and now can load Skeleton fully from mobs also, Meshes, Weights and Animations.

Problem i have now its with .ech, .ech doesnt look really diferent from .ebm only something bites in header, but i need put .ebm items inside of .ech structure, somebody try help me with 010 editor but i see this doesnt works a this time, the importer supports .ech but in files with 70MB or more crash because the size of the file, i can impot .ech of 7MB or 30MB also, problem now its extract .ech meshes container since people only extract and edit Textures, or convert .ebm to .ech format and load in game, this can be fine also, but i dont know abouth Cabal Configs. ONE FRIENDLI HAND CAN BE GOOD ON THIS.

You can add any weapon, doesn't matter aion or cabal :)
I think ErasedHead want, that RIMBROS add more aion weapons in Cabal, if i am right.

There is no possible way you made all of those... At an average of 2.5 hours (which is extremely low for both modeling and texturing even at a professional level), you are looking at 6308 hours for just that portfolio there. That is almost a full year of modeling (263 days), and working 8 hours a day modeling it would take you over 2 years without a single day's break... (let me remind you, this is just for the weapons, not the bikes or character models.)

My friend if i tell i made i talking abouth made the .ebm file format, i never tell i develop this models, i rip from other games and now i introduce in Cabal. I really doesnt have time to develop models, only work with the plugin its a head pain jajajaja.
Now 2 Questions in the air, how i can put new sets in game not only .dds texture edit, i mean a true new model for sets, since this its in .ech format, i have option to export my models to .ech also and specify the armor parts names and textures names inside .ech file, its posible load this new armors in game?
Next Question, its posible encrypt and protect Cabal Whole Client or Separated Folders?.
Partners can solve this are welcome.

ATM i cant download .ech bigest, to continue testing something i need import in max man.ech, importer its ready i can import man4.ech and others, but to import man.ech i need reduce the meshes and material library inside the file with 010 editor, the thing its i dont know how i can delte this rows and save the file like .ech to try import in max.
Any help are welcome.

You can start by checking out the OBJ -> EBM Converter. It's a tool that lets you convert an OBJ file you made in 3D modeling software into an EBM file. OBJ -> EBM Converter - RaGEZONE forums There's some more info throughout the thread as well and for adding shields and bows you just need to edit data.enc and add your new EFX files to it, then go to cabal.enc and look for 'astral_fx' and you'll see you need to reference the ID's from data.enc to the correct action like fxcode_on_bow or fxcode_keep_shield for your new crystal/orb's itemID.

That's really easy, look at the id count and increase by 1 then add your new data chunks in, if you're as good as you say that's enough info.
If you want to add custom models from other games then you'd have to split them in 4 parts, glove/boot/suit/helm and add them manually.
Also exporting the whole ech file into the viewer will only display ALL THE ARMORS and costumes at once one over another, so again, you have to find a way to open the file and read data through it or put each part of the armor into a new ech file then read that one, thinking about it this second option sounds really easy.

The question abouth the pics from One Cabal server have this Shield and why not only download the client and take the shield its because i want know if somebody have protect or encrypt system, but really I dont thing take objects from other Cabal servers are good, its the work of other people to keep their own servers alive, by the way i see u already want and like this shield, well i download this from TurboSquid

Only to tell u boys today i export back .ech file i modify the x-mas clothes to look like transformer robot and works perfect, Also i put a Helm of scorpio from Saint Seiya Series, the code its still clean hope next week i can export fully new armors.

As you already gave to realize escudoamerica.ebm not seeing (is struggling) usually as a shield because the file is EBM.
You could create this shield format EFX?

Man i dont know wath u try, i only made the shield in .ebm, inside of game u need use the Guardian character and use the skill to give up the shield. See the active skill its the number 4 in the screenshot i put to u.

Its a greath pleasure for me tell all your boys now input new armors in CABAL ONLINE its allowed finally, the way to come to this point its very hard because the format of game models + weights + bones + animations, its already HardCoded, but its not imposible, now THE FIRST CUSTOMIZED PERSONAL SET, MILO EL ESCORPION FROM SAINT SEIYA SERIES (te model its 97% adjusted and need be refined its only first Test)
. We continue working more hard to put new mobs, new bikes and new things inside of game. If someone are interested in some model or set armor particulary can talk with me in private, or put the sugerence here.
I never played Cabal fut i already like the Music and the Graphics are very good already, i want keep the game alive with this because now we can made more things for the game, to save time dont ask by the plugin i not share, but i work since this point in 2 ways share free stuff something times and sell under request stuff another times.

This its only basic skining (weights asign), u only need chose vertex and asign to bones, if u made good skining this works fine in game.

He's working on it as we speak, I guess. If I remember correctly he said he would release it once it's fully working.

I can't imagine all the crap that will be added to the game if this gets out with an idiot-proof tutorial. Beside people thinking that their 10 poly sticks are the greatest, the massive amount of weapons/armors/mobs imported from other games/cartoons will make it a whole different game and adds more Cabal servers on the "FBI Watch" since every company out there will be able to sue you if you use any of their assets.

Beside people thinking that their 10 poly sticks are the greatest, the massive amount of weapons/armors/mobs imported from other games/cartoons will make it a whole different game and adds more Cabal servers on the "FBI Watch" since every company out there will be able to sue you if you use any of their assets.
Don't worry about it, over in the GunZ section we have had exporters since 2007 and there were at most 20 people making items at the height of GunZ pservers. People are lazy and they never follow through with releasing stuff. (Only a dozen or so of us still design stuff for GunZ.)

I have 6 years experience working in MU online, Ran Online, Tantra Online, Lineage and now i come to Cabal, your answer to the question its good, i send lots of items to all this games from other games to made this more strongest with new things without problems a this time, , since the fight to be bether server start by try sell to players things other servers doesnt have, i talk with admins of something Cabal servers, some tell me the Game cant be encrypted and nobody can protect the new stuff in the servers, updates are easy to unpack, i see admins sell items in shops to the players by money, i already interested in money too, but same time i interezted in made Cabal bether game with more options that its why i try give free items to the comunity and same time sell items under request. This its my last treadh, i back ATM i can made new bikes, this its the next task on my agend.

I finished put new bike in game, but i cant test because the admin its offline since 2 days ago, somebody with server can give me account with all the things i need to test? this can be usefully. send PM.

BUT You started this thread showing what you were developing and telling people what you would be releasing. You have indeed released some of the costumes/items but most of the stuff you showed was just showing off to eventually get people to buy your creations. That is why I don't have much faith in you releasing anything here anymore. But feel free to prove me wrong. Any real release will not get deleted/infracted.

I dont want expend time to made the work for all us Speed Evil, i already give all us and release free the base files to anybody can start made their hown sets or fantasy items first, and also i offer convert this free to .ebm format, also i made this Treadh like a TUTORIAL START HERE waiting if someone have a question abouth how prepare models to put in cabal with the base files i released, and yes i already selled 2 Items to buyers offer money by creatioons i made and i expend lot of time, people know how it works, but for not made problems i follow my hown way out of this treadhs, if u like u can close this treadh i not post any more thing, CYA.

I have no problem with selling what you've made to others as long as you keep it in the correct section of ragezone and off the cabal section, this is a release thread you made so it should be kept for that only. You have indeed made releases and I respect that. But if you would read the rules, offering to assist people outside the forum in this thread is not allowed which you made a post about multiple times. This went from a release thread into a "look what I can do, now pm me on skype if you want it"-thread. That's not what this section is for.

Only i never deliver my plugin since i dont want the game be ruined with ugly models and releases, this hapend in the past with other games like MU Online, keep safe and regards, i waiting to see the complete potential of your release, maybe a new bike can be nice. And i made special Valentine gift for server owners ofc in other post.

I try use Deep Exploration open .3ds and save add textures and save .x but i don't how to create .cps working T_T

Are there available tutorials on how you guys make the Custom Sets and Items?
I can pretty much model items myself, but I wanna know how you make them for Cabal, animating it, skinning, exporting etc.
