[HABBO]Hotel needing a new owner!

Cutting a long story short, I've had enough of Habbo!
I'm moving on, and focusing on learning various bits and bobs.

This'll mean I'm hanigng up my reigns as the tech/owner/protector/maintainer of haze-hotel.co.uk
You will be working alongside a newtime owner, female, massive boobs, can be annoying!
She runs the hotel, you maintain it.

The requirements are simple-
Have been in the retro scene 09 and before
Have owned/ran hotels before
Can create swfs
Can edit rev skins
Can be trustworthy
Are able to protect the hotel from attacks and attack back if neccesary
Have strong knowledge on retros as a whole
Capable with IIS, Phoenix db, Revcms
